The form below must be completed and submitted for any extra curricular activities where you consent to your child walking home without an adult, so that we know exactly who should or should not be walking home unaccompanied.
This is only a Walk Home from School Policy and no child should be travelling on public transport by themselves without adult supervision.

Year 5 pupils may walk home unaccompanied following an extra-curricular activity during the Summer Term only, provided that separate parental consent has been received by the school.

Year 6 pupils may walk home unaccompanied following an extra-curricular activity during the Autumn Term 1 (up to the October half-term break) and during the Summer Term), provided that separate parental consent on the form below has been received by the school.

Outside of these periods, pupils attending extra-curricular activities must be collected by a parent, carer or another authorised adult notified to the school.
- Permission to walk home after the normal school day and permission to walk home after an extra-curricular activity are treated as separate permissions, and parents must complete the relevant consent arrangements for each.
